Annual Cork Club Contest
From February 1, 2010 until July 31, 2010
2009 Cork Club Grand Prize Winners - Bill and Jill Chittenden of Elmhurst
Wéve been saving all of our corks since the day we opened and have placed them all into our front window.
Guess how many corks are in our front window? Get an entry form for every bottle of wine that is purchased from February 1, 2010 until July 31, 2010. Guess the closest number of corks, either up or down and win the grand prize. There is no limit to the number of entries that you can submit.
By entering the contest you will be invited to our annual cork club party on Sunday August 1, 2010. The Cork Club Party is an complimentary event to all of our guests that entered the contest. Entertainment and Food will be complimentary served with a cash bar for your favorite wine, cocktail, beer or soft drink.

Cooking Classes with Chef Marco
$35.00 Per Person / Plus Sales Tax and Gratuity - Public Cooking Classes are the second Monday night of every month.
Come learn to prepare cuisine from around the world with Marco. Our cooking classes range from classic upscale American, Italian, French and Spanish to special Thanksgiving and Christmas menus. Enjoy all of the food that is prepared and get our special, easy to make recipes. Each cooking class consists of five-courses with unlimited red or white wine, soft drinks and coffee. Reservations are required in advance and class size is limited to twenty guests.
Private Cooking classes are available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings for a minimum of ten guests and up to twenty guests. Advance reservations and menu requests must be confirmed at least one week prior to the cooking class.

From elegant full service dinners and cocktail parties to backyard picnics, rest assured that our staff will make your event a very memorable occasion for you and all of your guests.
Café Amano can host private events in our dining room from 10 to 100 guests. You may select items from our regular menu or create and build a very special menu with Chef Marco. We have no limits on the types of cuisine that we can prepare; if you don't find it on our menu, please just ask.
We also cater wedding receptions and family / business events to the beautiful Wilder Mansion and the Elmhurst Art Museum. You can sit back and relax while we coordinate entertainment, flowers, tables, chairs and tents. Let us do the work for you! |
